What information we collect


When you visit our website, our Web server recognizes your navigational information, including non-personally identifiable information (i.e., domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address), but not your email address.


The navigational information we collect tells us about the use of our website by visitors, including the areas of our site that ." or the time of the last visit to a page on our website. It also tells us about the technical efficiencies of our website (i.e., the time it takes a visitor to connect to our website or download pages). The navigational information helps us better understand a visitor's experience at Omarian and improve upon that experience by recognizing and delivering more of the features, services, and products our visitors prefer.


We collect information volunteered by visitors such as survey responses and website registration information as well as contact and payment information (i.e., name and address, telephone number, credit card number, billing address) for the purpose of placing an order with us. We require visitors to create a username and password to expedite the process of ordering online, or to create a Wish List. We collect the email addresses of visitors who post messages to our blog, those who communicate with us via email, and those who submit their email addresses voluntarily, either to subscribe to our email newsletter or to receive information about their order. We do NOT sell or rent our visitor or customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes.


To remove your information from our database, and no longer receive future communications or if you don't want your information shared, please email us.



Ordering Online


Shopping Cart - The Shopping Basket is your online purchasing tool, located near the top of the screen. As you explore the site, you can add as many items as you like to your Shopping Basket by clicking "Buy This Item Now" on any artwork or book page.


Once you have added all the items, you wish to purchase to your Shopping Basket and are ready to make your purchase click "Shopping Basket" at the top of the screen. Look at the items and review any special information that may appear. If you make any changes to this page, click "Recalculate Total" to activate your changes. When you are ready to proceed with your order, click "Go to Secure Checkout."


NOTE: At this point, you will be presented to our secure server. Once you click "Continue," all information will be encrypted for your safety.


Log In - Now that you are on the secure server, you will see our login page. If you are a returning visitor who has previously registered with us, enter your e-mail address and password and click "Log In."


If you are new to us, we need you to register. Registration provides us with the basic information needed to complete an order. We request your primary e-mail address and a password of your choice. By registering, anytime you return to Acu Light and enter your e-mail and password, necessary ordering information will automatically refill on the appropriate pages. This information is strictly confidential. Whenever you access your account, you will be given the opportunity to change any information previously supplied.


Address - Please fill in all of the requested information. E-mail, fax or phone is required to complete a purchase. If your shipping and billing address are the same, leave the shipping information blank and check the box that reads "shipping address is the same as billing address."


If you are having your purchase shipped to a different address, fill in the shipping information accordingly. We can accommodate only one shipping address per order at this time. So, if you would like to have three items shipped to three separate addresses, you should complete three separate transactions.


Click "Next Step" once you are finished entering information.


Payment - After entering your billing and shipping information, you will be asked for your payment preference.


You may pay for your purchase using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Exceptions are in those cases where the Products and or Services are being custom made.


If you wish to use more than one payment method, select your first payment option and enter a dollar amount in the "Specify a different dollar amount" field. Then click "Next Step." You can repeat this process until the total bill is accounted for.


Confirm - Here, you will see a summary of your order. Please look it over carefully. It shows you the total of your order, including shipping charges and appropriate sales tax. You can still make changes to this page by clicking "Change." Once you are ready to submit your order click "Complete This Order."


Receipt - This page shows your order number, product or service information, billing and shipping addresses, and billing information. You may want to print this page for your records.


We will also send confirmation of your order by e-mail, fax, or standard mail, depending on the information that you provide us.



Note Regarding Children


Omarian does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.





Omarian takes every precaution to protect your information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.


Acu Light was developed to support secure online purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology using 256-bit encryption, which provides a high level of security. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.


We are committed to keeping your personal information (including your name, shipping address(es), email address, payment records, and banking and credit accounts) private and secure. Although capturing this information is necessary for us to process and fulfill an order you place online, for your convenience, you may call us.





We do NOT send unsolicited commercial email, otherwise known as "spam." We do NOT send email marketing communications to a visitor-provided email address unless the intended recipient specifically opts in to receive such communications from us. We do NOT sell or rent our visitor or customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes.


If at any time you would like to stop future delivery of Omarian email, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included at the bottom of each email communication we send, send an email to the above address, or call us at the above telephone number. Asking to be removed from Omarian email list will not prevent you from receiving email communications relating to any online order you place at Omarian, invitations to participate in surveys about your experiences on Omarian, or other operational email communications if you have provided us with your email address.



Fraud Protection


Credit card fraud occurs when someone obtains your card information without your authorization or permission and uses it to make a purchase. We take precautions to carefully screen orders when they are made, and to prevent credit card fraud to the extent possible.


Mailing List


Before sending any direct mail communications, such as our catalog, we match our mailing lists against the Direct Marketing Association (DMA)'s Do Not Mail List and remove from our mailing any consumers who have specifically opted out from receiving unsolicited mail.


From time to time, we may share our postal mailing addresses with our reputable partner organizations for analytical, marketing or information gathering purposes. Tel/Cell Phone Numbers


Consumers who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed or questions about our services with Omarian, including invitations to participate in surveys about their experiences with Omarian We do NOT sell or rent our customer phone numbers or make them available to other organizations for marketing.





We do not partner with or have special relationships with any third-party ad server companies.



Notice Of Changes To This Policy


At some point in the future, we may decide to use consumer information for new, unanticipated purposes not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.


Consumers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing us at the above address or by calling us at the above telephone number.

Return Policy


Our Return Policy, please feel free to return any products* or books purchased at Omarian™ or received as a gift. We do ask that you return items with 14-days of receiving it. We understand that there may be exceptions for gifts.

*Product that is "Made Upon Order" may not be returned. The product being shipped outside of the US or Canada is not returnable.



How to Return Product


Here is the simple process of returning an item:


1. Contact our Customer Care team by either emailing or calling us at 949.315.7009


2. Custom products and items are returned to the designer who created them.


3. We can provide you with a US Postal Service Return Service label or for an additional charge. Or we can set up a UPS pick up for you. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will send you a return label via email or regular mail.


4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to the artist. You are responsible for product damaged in return transit.




If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Omarian™ will pay the return shipping costs.





You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the product minus shipping costs. For the most, Omarian™does not credit you the shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. If you have any questions, please call us at 949.315.7009.



Product Damaged in Transit


If your package appears damaged or once opened, you find a damaged product, call us at 949.315.7009, so we can arrange to have it picked up shipped back and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.  



Shipping and Handling


After you place your order, our Customer Care department will calculate the shipping charges, add them to your order, and charge your credit card accordingly.


On each art item page, you will see "Ships Within:" which indicates the timeframe in which either we or the manufacturer will ship your order. These times will vary depending on the availability of inventory and the time needed to produce the item you've selected.


After placing your order, you will receive an email telling you when to expect your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email that includes the shipper's tracking information. Free Ground Shipping 


Free ground shipping is available for online orders of at least $199 that go to a single U.S. address. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states and Puerto Rico.


If your order qualifies for free ground shipping and you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a P.O. Box, or an APO address, you'll need to contact our customer service group to complete the order.


This free ground shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. The qualifying amount is the total purchase amount before any discount is applied.


If your order qualifies for free ground shipping, but it contains a product that is on backorder or out of stock, we will ship those items to you when they become available and apply free ground shipping to both parts of your order. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time.



International Orders


We can accept orders from international locations, as long as payment is drawn upon a credit card based at a U.S. bank. We're sorry, but we cannot currently ship to locations outside the United States and Canada. 



When To Expect Your Order


After placing your order, you will receive an email telling you when to expect your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email that includes the shipper's tracking information.
